Arrangements for a site visit were made in a timely manner and the Renlon Surveyor (Mr Perry Sprang) arrived at the agreed time. It was clear that Mr Sprang is very experienced and knowledgeable. The survey was conducted diligently, and the Mr Sprang explained his findings in a manner that was straight forward and easily understood. The written report was delivered at the promised time and we would have no hesitation in returning to Renlon for further help in the future.
